Generated Review Content
TarifKaro uses AI to generate a review draft based on the customer's responses. This draft is presented to the customer for their review and optional use.

4. AI Processing
TarifKaro uses artificial intelligence to generate review drafts from the information provided by the customer during the review flow. The AI processes the customer's rating, question responses, and any optional comments to produce a natural-language review draft.
The AI does not make decisions about users, score users, or profile users. It is used solely to transform structured feedback into readable review text.
AI-generated content is presented to the customer for their review and is not published anywhere without the customer's explicit action.
5. Third-Party Services
TarifKaro uses the following third-party service providers to operate the Service:
- Google Gemini — AI model used for generating review drafts from customer feedback.
- Cloudflare R2 — Object storage used for storing business assets such as logos and images.
- Neon (PostgreSQL) — Cloud database used to store application data.
- Vercel — Hosting and deployment platform for the TarifKaro application.
- Nodemailer (Gmail SMTP) — Used to send transactional emails such as contact form enquiry notifications.
These service providers have access to information only as necessary to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to protect your information.
6. Google Reviews
TarifKaro helps customers generate review drafts that they may choose to submit to Google Reviews. It is important to understand:
- TarifKaro generates a review draft based on the customer's feedback.
- TarifKaro does not automatically publish or submit reviews to Google or any other platform.
- The customer decides whether to use, edit, or discard the generated review.
- The customer is responsible for submitting the review themselves through Google's review interface.
TarifKaro is not affiliated with Google and does not control Google Reviews or Google's policies regarding review content.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
- Business account data is retained for the duration of the business's active subscription or account status.
- Customer review responses are stored to allow business owners to view and manage reviews through their dashboard.
- Contact form enquiries are retained to allow us to respond to and follow up on your enquiry.
- Session data is retained for the duration of the session cookie (7 days) and deleted upon logout or expiry.
