1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TarifKaro service, website, and any related tools (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "TarifKaro" / "we" / "us" refers to the TarifKaro service and its operators.
• "Service" refers to the TarifKaro website, application, and all related features and tools.
• "Business Account" refers to an account registered by a business owner to use TarifKaro's features.
• "Business Owner" refers to a person or entity that has registered a Business Account.
• "Customer" refers to an end user who interacts with a TarifKaro-powered review page.
• "Content" refers to all text, images, ratings, reviews, and other material submitted through the Service.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service as a Business Account holder, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement. The Service is intended for use by businesses operating in India and jurisdictions where the Service is available.

The customer-facing review experience is available to any individual without requiring an account.

4. Account Registration

To access the business dashboard, you must register for a Business Account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Business Account Responsibilities

As a Business Account holder, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misrepresent your business identity or affiliation
• Not use the Service to generate fake, misleading, or deceptive review content
• Not attempt to manipulate review ratings or encourage customers to submit experiences they did not have

6. TarifKaro Service Description

TarifKaro provides businesses with a tool to collect customer feedback and generate AI-assisted review drafts. The Service includes:

• A customisable customer-facing review page for each business
• Guided feedback collection through ratings, questions, and optional comments
• AI-generated review drafts based on customer feedback
• A business dashboard for managing review pages and viewing customer responses
• QR code generation for easy access to the review page

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. AI-Generated Review Content

TarifKaro uses AI to generate review drafts from information provided by customers. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is a draft and not a published review
• AI-generated content may not accurately reflect the customer's intent and should be reviewed before use
• You are responsible for ensuring that any review submitted to Google Reviews is truthful and reflects a genuine customer experience
• TarifKaro does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers who interact with TarifKaro-powered review pages agree to:

• Provide honest and accurate feedback based on their genuine experience
• Not submit feedback for experiences they have not had
• Review any AI-generated draft before choosing to submit it

TarifKaro is not responsible for the content of customer-submitted reviews or the accuracy of customer feedback.

9. Google Reviews

TarifKaro generates review drafts that customers may choose to submit to Google Reviews. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• TarifKaro does not automatically publish reviews to Google or any other platform
• The customer is solely responsible for deciding whether to submit a review
• The customer is responsible for complying with Google's review policies and guidelines
• TarifKaro is not affiliated with Google and has no control over Google's review policies, moderation, or content decisions

10. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Service to:

• Generate or encourage fake, fraudulent, or misleading reviews
• Impersonate another person, business, or entity
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its associated systems
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these prohibitions.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by TarifKaro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The TarifKaro name, logo, and related branding are trademarks of TarifKaro. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

12. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service, including business profile information, questions, and any other material you upload.

By submitting content, you grant TarifKaro a limited licence to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

Customer feedback and review responses are collected on behalf of the business. The business owner is responsible for managing this data in accordance with applicable laws.

13. Subscription and Pricing

TarifKaro offers the following subscription plans:

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Plan limits apply on a monthly basis.

Subscription management and payment processing are handled through TarifKaro directly. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your selected plan.

14. Payment and Billing

Payment terms are agreed upon between the business owner and TarifKaro at the time of subscription. Current payment arrangements are managed directly through TarifKaro.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us promptly.

15. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by interruptions to the Service.

16. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with or relies on third-party services (including AI providers, cloud storage, and email services). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

17. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that it will be error-free, or that any AI-generated content will be suitable for any particular purpose.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TarifKaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• The actions or content of any third party on the Service
• AI-generated content or its interpretation

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TarifKaro and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the Service

20. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behaviour
• Non-payment of applicable fees
• Requests by law enforcement

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
